Emploi.cg is the1st recruitment platform in Congo.
We remind all companies that the formalities with the ACPE (ex ONEMO) must be respected. These are the provisions of law n°45-75 of March 15, 1975 (article 163) and law n°022/88 of September 17, 1988 (articles 4, 9, 10 and 14) relating to
- Regular declaration to the ACPE of job offers and employee commitments (a receipt with an offer number must be given to you. This number must be included in any publication of your job offer).
- The registration of any worker seeking employment at the employment office of his residence (a receipt will be given)
