On Friday March 15, 2024, the Ucac-Icam Institute was the setting for an event dedicated to students: the Forum Entreprise 2024, the fruit of collaboration between Ucac-Icam and Unicongo.

This forum, specially designed for Ucac-Icam students, was marked by the presence of 16 Unicongo member companies. It offered a unique platform for students to meet economic players, share experiences and explore professional opportunities.

At the heart of the event, companies had the opportunity to present themselves to Ucac-Icam students. These presentations enabled the companies to highlight their activities, values and future prospects. For the students, this was a valuable opportunity to discover the different business sectors and career opportunities offered by the companies present, while making contacts for their future professional lives.

Also at the heart of the forum were captivating lectures, tackling themes essential to the business world. These included resilience and dealing with failure, with speakers sharing their valuable knowledge and advice on how to overcome obstacles and bounce back from adversity.

Another key conference focused on how companies view jobseekers with a view to successful recruitment. In a competitive job market, this discussion explored best practices in recruitment and talent selection, highlighting the importance of finding the right balance between technical skills and human qualities.

Finally, the impact of diversity and inclusion on business performance was at the heart of the debates. Speakers stressed the importance of promoting an inclusive work environment, where every voice is heard and valued, not only for ethical reasons, but also to stimulate innovation, creativity and productivity.

The Enterprise 2024 Forum, the fruit of collaboration between Ucac-Icam and Unicongo, proved to be a major success dedicated to Ucac-Icam students.
