COLLECTIVE & INDIVIDUAL SUPPORT

Employer Representation

Our goal is to effectively represent employers of the private sector with public bodies and other professional groups, in particular within the Economic and Monetary Community of Central Africa (CEMAC), the Union of Employers of Central Africa (UNIPACE), the International Organization of Employers (IOE) of which the Union is a member in Geneva, and the International Labour Organization (ILO) where it represents the employers of the Congo.

At the request of the National Authorities, we are appointed to participate in different organizations and commissions:

  • Litigation Commissions ;
  • Customs meeting;
  • CEMACO;
  • National Labor Advisory Committee ;
  • Board of Directors of the National Social Security Fund (CNSS), of which Unicongo has been president since September 2007;
  • Congolese Employment Agency (ACPE);
  • Labor and Trade Court; National Investment Commission;
  • Commission of the Organization for the Harmonization of Business Law in Africa (OHADA).

The dispute commission is a tripartite body which deals with all cases of individual or collective dismissal, motivated by a reduction in the activity of the establishment/company, or by an internal reorganization and all cases of economic or technical unemployment. It is also competent to rule on any dismissal of a protected employee

Before any referral to the commissions, please contact the Union to study together the file to be transmitted to the labor inspection.
