STATUTORY BODIES
Unicongo's mission is carried out by its decision-making and consultative bodies: the Board of Directors, the Thematic Commissions, the Federations' Committees and the General Assembly.
- The Board of Directors is made up of the President, the Vice-President and the Presidents of the professional federations. This Board is the guiding body of the Union which defines the general policy to be followed as well as the strategy for its implementation in order to achieve the set objectives.
- L'General Assembly meets once a year in ordinary session and as much as necessary in extraordinary session.
Office of the Board of Directors
The Office implements the decisions of the Board of Directors. It is composed of a President and a Vice-Presidentelected by universal suffrage of the adherent members for a three-year mandaterenewable once, and a Treasurer.
The President represents the Union and presides over the meetings of the Board of Directors and the General Assemblies. The Vice President assists him and assures his interim in case of absence.
The Treasurer is in charge of the supervision of the Union's finances. In this capacity, he ensures the regularity of the production of the statutory accounting and financial statements for the attention of the Board of Directors and the General Assembly.

Professional Federations
Unicongo's members are divided into 15 Professional Federations according to their sector of activity. Each federation is represented by a President and one or more Vice-Presidents. The federations meet regularly to discuss issues specific to their sector.
