WORLD DAY FOR SAFETY AND HEALTH AT WORK (WDSW) 9TH EDITION

The Friday, April 27, 2018Unicongo once again confirmed its commitment to the promotion of occupational health and safety by organizing, in collaboration with TOTAL E&P, the ^9th edition of the World Day for Safety and Health at Work.

This year, the event took place at the Espace du Trentenaire KM4 in Pointe-Noire and was sponsored by: SN PLASCO, CONGO TERMINAL, PERENCO, KPMG, MUCODEC, LE PORT AUTONOME DE POINTE-NOIRE, SOCO EP CONGO, SEAROV OFFSHORE, GLOBALINE and the CHAMBER OF COMMERCE OF POINTE-NOIRE.

The day brought together over 50 participating companies including:

CO.DIS.CO, IGS LOGISTICS, DIESTMANN, NSIA ASSURANCES CONGO, SOGECO, CTIC, CNSS, SGS CONGO SA, OFIS , SOCOFRAN CDE, SCAB CONGO, SICIM CONGO, BRASCO, BOSCONGO, LE PORT AUTONOME DE POINTE-NOIRE, CI.DES, PREZIOSO, BUREAU VERITAS CONGO, SODEXO, SMGC, SINTOUKOLA POTASH, BOURBON, TECHNOLOGY OILFIELD SERVICES CONGO, CONGO TERMINAL, SERVTEC, BIA, GNCAC, SEAS SERVICES, SN PLASCO, EDVT and VCF.

Nearly 2,500 visitors were present to visit the stands and take part in the activities proposed around the theme " Generation Safety and Health The theme was "Generation Safety and Health", safety and health of young workers and the fight against child labor. For the cleverest and luckiest, many prizes were to be won throughout the day!
